Are you skilled in maintenance and ready to join a dynamic team? We are currently hiring for two positions:
Certified Maintenance Technician:
Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Respond to service requests from residents in a timely manner.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid future issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical maintenance.
Experience in general maintenance and repairs.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
