Maintenance and Make-Ready Positions in Killeen

I manage apartment complexes and flip properties in Killeen and am seeking reliable individuals for maintenance and make-ready roles. Below are the details for each position:
Make-Ready Position ($10–$12/hour)
We’re hiring a part-time or full-time make-ready worker to handle tasks like painting, cleaning, and basic labor. Pay ranges from $10–$12 per hour based on experience, with potential increases for strong performance.
Maintenance Technician ($15–$20/hour)
We need a skilled maintenance worker to address apartment work orders. Pay is $15–$20 per hour, with raises possible based on performance.
Applicant Requirements
Must pass a criminal background check. No history of violent crimes, theft, or sex offenses is permitted; some other offenses may be acceptable.
Employment is as an independent contractor, paid weekly via W-9 with no tax withholdings.
Work hours are primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with some flexibility. Availability for emergency weekend service calls is preferred.
