compensation: $14 to $20 per hr.

1000 SIGNING BONUS. Referral bonuses available, up to $20 an hour for landscape crew leader with valid driver license. Pay is based on experience. PAID WEEKLY. Our work week is Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm. No weekends OVERTIME is available.
Responsibilities:
This is not a maintenance mowing position.
Experience installing mulch, plants and hard goods.
Experience with a skid steer a plus.
Valid Driver License and ability to pull a trailer is a plus but not necessary.
We are in search of people from entry-level to veteran landscape experience who are self motivated and can take and follow directions. Also have a willingness to learn.
Utilize power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
Receive and execute instruction from Crew Leader, Territory Manager or Operation Manager.
Skills: - Previous experience in commercial landscaping is preferred but not necessary - Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and over
