Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Co, Inc. in Belton TX is looking to hire experienced CREW CHIEFS.
The ideal candidates will be physically fit individuals who have a record of dependability and must be individuals who take pride in their work and a job well done. Must be able to work long, hard hours outdoors. EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! Must be able to run a crew of 2-10 men while working alongside them. Must have working knowledge of tools, equipment, methods and materials. Must have the ability to operate various types of automotive equipment and to learn operation of special types of equipment. Skill in the use of common hand tools and equipment to which assigned are required. Must have a valid State Driver's License and be insurable. This position may require physical abilities such as; walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting 50 lb bags, etc. Mechanical equipment knowledge, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills are also required.
