Qualifications for this position are:
. Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
. Some experience in landscape Maintenance.
. Some experience in Landscape Construction.
. Valid driver's License with clear driving record (If applying for a driver's position)
. Willing to operate a vehicle pulling a trailer. (driver)
. Willing to undergo a background check after position is offered.
. History of good job stability.
Job Responsibilities include:
. (Drivers) Drive crews to designated job location on a daily basis. (drivers are part of the crew and perform labor work when arriving at the job site)
. Drivers must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
. Perform landscape maintenance work that may consists of mowing, weed eating, trimming, edging, blowing, etc.
. Able to safely use handheld tools.
. Assist in laying pipe for irrigation system.
. Assist in digging or trenching holes.
. Assist in spreading mortar to build outside living areas or retainer walls.
. Assist in planting trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.
. Assist in installing or building flower beds.
. Ability to learn to operate heavy equipment such as tractors, trenchers, skid steers, zero turn mowers, etc.
. Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness and safety.
. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and pull.
