compensation: $13 to $20 per hr.

1000 SIGNING BONUS. Referral bonuses available, up to $20 an hour for general labor on mowing maintenance crew. Pay is based on experience. PAID WEEKLY. Our work week is 4 to 5 days. OVERTIME is available.
Responsibilities:
Perform mowing and lawn care duties to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
Utilize power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
Receive and execute instruction from Crew Leader, Territory Manager or Operation Manager.
Skills: - Previous experience in commercial maintenance or landscaping is preferred - Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
