Position Information Position Title Office Assistant II- Dual Credit FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Registrar Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 11.55 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - M-TH 7:30-5:30 F 7:30-11:30 Summary of Position This position is directly responsible to the Systems Registrar Department. Duties and responsibilities are aspects of Dual Credit and registration, to include data entry, student files, preparation of certified rolls and grade books, research of data and reconciling discrepancies in student records.Minimum Required Education High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree from a nationally or regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education preferred.Minimum Required Experience Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
