Position Information Position Title Ft Instructor Sam-31 Course- Europe Department Europe Training Programs Campus Europe Campus Location Europe Campus FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Summary of Position Instructors will be responsible for implementing course instruction according to the standards established by CATC and CTC . The instruction will be consistent with the provisions of the contract and the CATC POI for the current contracted Training courses.Minimum Required Education High School Graduate or equivalent required.Minimum Required Experience

Two years’ experience instructing others in Small Arms Maintenance, or serving as unit armor, or working in some other professional capacity of hand-held, shoulder-fire and crew served weapons.

Have at least two years of instructional experience in a formal setting.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of current technology and computers to include basic office machinery, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, CTC websites, Intranet, Web Advisor, Etrieve, databases, e-mail accounts, the Internet and US Army Blackboard

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to clearly articulate the policies and procedures of the institution.

Possess excellent organizational skills to coordinate effectively, prioritize, work with a high degree of accuracy, monitor and track progress toward goals.

Ability to build relationships to establish and maintain teamwork, resolve problems, mediate and promote productivity and effectiveness internally and externally. ·

Ability to plan and identify strategies to move the department or organization forward, set goals, create and implement action plans, and evaluate processes and results. ·

Ability to take feedback and results to self-reflect, assess, and identify areas for improvement and act upon that.

Have flexibility and ability to react, plan for, adapt and implement new procedures, program changes, or directives ·

Ability to work a standard work week with some evenings, weekends and holidays to conduct classes.

Salary $45,000; Per contract

Hours Full-time, indicate working hours

Other Information

Must have a valid USAREUR driver’s license for operation of equipment.

Must be able to receive a favorable back ground check and NACI check.

Must pass Army instructor certification course within three month period.
