Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop strategies that highlight Cotton Logistics’ unique value and capabilities. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
RFP Analysis : Review RFP documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines, creating a compliance matrix to ensure all requirements are met.
Proposal Strategy Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to define win themes, differentiators, and proposal structure that align with client needs.
Content Creation : Write, edit, and organize proposal content to clearly communicate our capabilities, past performance, and value proposition.
Compliance Management : Ensure all proposals meet formatting guidelines, content specifications, and submission instructions.
Proposal Coordination : Manage team contributions, including project managers, SMEs, graphic designers, and executives, to create cohesive proposals.
Quality Assurance : Organize reviews, incorporate feedback, and make revisions to enhance proposal quality.
Submission Management : Ensure timely proposal submissions in the required format, handling electronic submissions through portals as needed.
Post-Submission Activities : Participate in debriefs to identify strengths and areas for improvement while assisting with contract negotiations and kickoff meetings.
