What You’ll DoUtilizing the schedule tool, release complete orders, manage the staging area for pack out, and communicate load readiness using Korber.Prioritize inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add-on orders.Manage pick assignments based on the schedule.Track daily productivity, monitor picker performance, and post updates frequently.Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators.Monitor and proactively respond to communications regarding order flow, staging, and load management.Partner with team leads and supervisors to sustain a balanced and optimized pick process to drive productivity.Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by management as needed.What You’ll NeedMust be 18 years of age or older.Administrative or coordination experience supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations is required.Comfort using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with or willingness to learn Oracle and AS/400.Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.A solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.Punctuality and consistent attendance to support your teammates.Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.Apply today and start your fulfilling journey!#LI-CP1Internal Associates: Already a member of the Safelite team?
