Then we have an interesting position in Grundfos for you.Grundfos CBS Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager-Aftermarket. The Engineering Project Manager is responsible to maximize profitable sales through delivery of projects from order fulfilment to after sales to time, cost and quality in a professional manner to the satisfaction of customers for the engineering and management of awarded projects while providing technical support for winning jobs, order fulfillment and field service of engineered-to-order (ETO) business with special focus on aftermarket. They will be responsible for the development of drawings and documentation to meet customer specifications and order requirements while translating the requirements into what the business needs to execute the project. The Engineering Project Manager will also be responsible for planning, supporting, executing, and finalizing their allocated projects according to guidelines and budgets. This includes aligning internal and external resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and suppliers to deliver projects according to plan. This position reports directly to Project Execution & Engineering Manager and will operate on a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, Texas facility.Your main responsibilities:Manage medium complexity projects utilizing the agreed systems and project execution processes, in a timely fashion, with special focus on After Market, either via our ERP system, SAP SD, SAP Project management system or Extranet / E trading.
Follow, adhere and ensure a high level of awareness to the Grundfos project execution processes
Support quotation and proposal outputs in order for medium complexity projects can be delivered to time cost and quality
Manage sub-suppliers and sub-contractors with supply agreements and ensure alignment of service levels in order for medium complexity projects to be delivered to time cost and quality
Engage with management with the development of project delivery activities locally.
Assist Health & Safety and quality team with auditing and assessing of sub-suppliers
Handle customer issues if and when these arise working closely with the Proposals Team, Project managers, Sales and Service.
Liaise with Proposals team, Customers, Other Project Managers, supply chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams if and when required
Excellent understanding of the customers requirements either communicated via phone, e mail or other media.
Preparation of Submittal packages and Compilation of handover documentation in line with the agreed format and standards
Knowledge of product features advantages and benefits, and be able to professionally represent these to the customer
Support the manager to prepare detailed monthly KPI analysis, and action plan and deliver to management in order to track goals
Excellent at Managing risk and opportunities associated with the program of projects being delivered at any one time.

Your background:We imagine that you have:
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, or a combination of training, education, and experience.
A minimum of 2-5 years of engineering experience with a pump manufacturer is preferred.
Prior experience with rotating and hydraulic equipment including drivers, controls, and interface is desired, including skid and pipe fabrication.
A minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Working knowledge of design software in AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc. preferred
Experience in plumbing design or other piping systems is a plus.
Technical expertise in objective based decision making including the use of advanced mathematic and statistical models.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to successfully initiate, lead, and facilitate projects and teams.
Ability to travel when required for customer negotiations or site visits.
Excellent ability to multitask and adjust to a dynamic changing environment.
