    About This Opportunity

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize native Azure services to meet the firm's technology and resiliency requirements
    • Establish and implement monitoring and management infrastructure for both availability and performance management
    • Integrate Azure management tooling with MLP including automation of spin-up and spin-down and billing approvals
    • Collect data from multiple data sources like PostgreSQL, SQL, Excel and translate data into useful information to help different departments on business decisions
    • Analyze and provide expertise to business operations using Business Intelligence tools like Microsoft BI, resolving extremely difficult to moderate problems
    • Develop budgets, plans and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of the program
    • Using Azure VSTS and Jira, monitor and report team's performance against plans by collecting, analyzing and summarizing tasks given to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
    • Ability to work in an Agile / SCRUM environment
    • Self-directed with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset
    • Ravenous about learning technology and problem solving
    • Strong writing and communication skills

    Qualifications

    B asic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (or) equivalent
    • At least 3 years of Azure experience designing and supporting large scale environments.
    • Must have 3+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments, including IaaS and PaaS
    • Must have 2 years of experience in creating and maintaining Azure Infrastructure as code through Terraform, Azure CloudFormation templates.
    • Must have experience managing Azure accounts, roles, policies, firewalls, billing, cost analysis and monitor all cloud resources.
    • Experience working with API Gateway, Load Balancers, Container Services, Apigee, Confluent kafka , CDNs, API Performance testing, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools; Agile / SCRUM environment.
    • Must have experience performing network security analysis, resource security analysis, audits, standards compliance and alerts setup to secure cloud assets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree (or) equivalent
    • 2+ years' Azure Security and monitoring configuration
    • 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Azure or another public cloud service
    • Containers: Kubernetes (nice to have). Optional: Docker, Chef, Terraform.
    • Experience with Database technologies like Sql Server, Postgres etc
