About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Compliance Officer for the Regulatory Change Management team as part of Corporate Risk Compliance. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .The Senior Lead Compliance Officer will drive the transformation of the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) enterprise function by leading cross-functional projects, optimizing regulatory processes, and enhancing compliance capabilities. This senior leadership role requires strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage large-scale initiatives that improve regulatory oversight across the organization.This role will be responsible executing RCIM Transformation and SWAT (Specialized Work Action & Tactics) efforts to ensure that our regulatory changes are implemented by supporting the organization’s operations and demonstrates adherence to regulatory requirements, while maintaining quality and control standards.In this role, you will:

Lead operational execution to ensure adherence with enterprise programs and internal policy and procedures.

Execute transformation efforts of the Regulatory Change & Inventory Management function, driving strategic enhancements to governance, processes, and technology solutions.

Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen compliance infrastructure and align with enterprise objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress updates on transformation efforts.

Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of regulatory change initiatives.

Ensure regulatory initiatives align with risk frameworks and enterprise compliance strategies.

Oversee the end-to-end regulatory change management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with evolving laws, rules, and expectations.

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Interface with Internal Audit, Legal, external agencies, and regulatory bodies on regulatory inventory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of regulator engagement experience

Meaningful knowledge of Regulatory Change Management (Risk Management Framework, Compliance Program Policy) and internal risk systems such as RRCM platform, SHRP

Proven ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and constituencies, including business leaders, legal, audit and multiple U.S. regulators

Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide projects with executive-level engagement.

Strong knowledge of U.S. and global financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

Experience with regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions, automation, and data-driven process improvements.

Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

Experience providing reporting and updates to senior-level management

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced understanding of legal and regulatory information for laws and rules globally applicable to Wells Fargo businesses

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across LOBs globally.

Ability to deliver critical information to a range of audiences leveraging multiple communication methods, tools, and channels to effectively respond

Develop and maintain relationships with Business Aligned Compliance leaders, Audit Managers, and Regulators
