You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that drive the growth and success of our organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to determine needs and job requirements for various roles within the companyReview resumes, conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positionsCoordinate/schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teamsAct as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and engaging candidate experienceMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStay informed about trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the overall recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectivenessProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managersKey Competencies:Strategic Planning and Organization, Communication, Technology and Data Driven, DEI FocusedThis job posting describes the general duties and responsibilities for the position.
