We are seeking highly skilled data science professional to be part of the Business Analytics Management (BAM) team. This individual will be instrumental in providing the necessary analytical insights, as well as liaising with the broader Wealth Data Analytics and Innovation (DAI) organization to help the business achieve its goals.Position OverviewThe overall objective of this role is to contribute to impactful analytical projects that shape the future and growth of NAM Citigold business. This individual will get to work with cutting-edge technologies and a team of passionate innovators driving multiple projects that will help the business with data-driven insights. This individual will help guide DAI’s broader book of work and own ad-hoc analytics based on business needs. This individual will also serve as a key point of contact between the Wealth Business and other analytical functions within the DAI. The individual must have a strong technical skillset comprising of data extraction, manipulation, and storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Insights

Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support wealth management decisions

Use advanced data analytics techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to portfolio management, campaign management, and market performance

Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, client portfolios, and market changes

Continuously evaluate and optimize data analytics processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy

Data Storytelling

Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify key business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations

Work closely with the Technology and data engineering teams to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of data used for analysis

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience working hands-on with data, preferably within the wealth management / financial services industry

Must have demonstrated ability in data retrieving, manipulation, storytelling in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment

Experience working with Teradata and Big data environment

Proven track record of working with SAS, SQL, Python, Dataiku

Strong experience in Python and other data analytics tools for data processing, analysis, and visualization (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, Seaborn)

Strong problem-solving abilities with expertise in synthesizing the business requirements and building a suitable data analysis framework

Proven ability to create data-driven narratives and effectively communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders

Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and actionable insights

Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills:

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical analysis in a financial context

Basic understanding of common/best practices related to financial data and reporting

Prior experience working in a wealth management firm or financial institution
