Description Dallas client needs an interim Compensation Manager on a PARTTIME contract basis. 100% REMOTE. This is 1-2 month contract assignment to cover while compensation manager is out on leave. 4-5+ years of compensation experience is a MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree is Required
CCP not required, but highly preferred
Ideally healthcare background
Leaning more w/ someone w/ more heavy experience – not anyone lighter
Just finishing annual review for clinicians and - 4000 employees in multiple states
Helping director with daily operations (will not be doing anything with salary determinations)
Will not be doing market pricing or salary surveys
May be assisting with audit
Not managing people
