- 3+ Years of Fidelity ALS experience.
- Exhibit expertise in all aspects of technology by understanding broader patterns and techniques as they apply to Citi’s installed application
- Lead resources and serve as a functional SME across the company by exhibiting advanced knowledge of ALS application functionality
- Demonstrate knowledge of code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing
- Mainframe Expertise
- Experience with Agile SDLC processes
- Experience leading teams as a lead engineer
