As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the data management team supporting various operational and analytical projects. Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and handling data structures through data pipelines for operational purposes.
Expertise in SQL, Python/Spark, and data pipelining tools.
Design and architect data pipelines for reporting and other downstream applications using open-source software and cloud technologies.
Understand database concepts, including Deltalake, and apply reporting concepts in designing cloud-based solutions.
Analyze and understand code from legacy tools like SSIS, AbInitio, and SAS.
What's Needed?
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, with a preference for GCP.
Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Experience with legacy data tools and their integration into modern systems.
