Cash Reconciler

Description We are seeking a Cash Reconciler to join our team in the detail oriented Services industry, located in Irving, Texas. This role offers the chance to transition from a contract to a permanent position.Responsibilities: Supervise the reconciliation of AR accounts as part of a team Guarantee the precise and efficient processing of safe deposits Handle a large number of accounts accurately, as the organization undergoes rapid expansion Use excellent cash management skills to monitor and act appropriately on customer accounts Use Outlook for effective verbal and written communication within the team Collaborate closely with AR researchers to rectify any discrepancies found during the data audit Use Excel formulas and 3 Way Matching skills to ensure accurate account data Resolve any account discrepancies and keep accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in Cash Management is essential. Experience in Daily Cash Management is required. Must have skills in Account Reconciliation. Familiarity with Cash Reconciliations is a must. Ability to identify and resolve Account Discrepancies. Competency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. Knowledge of Excel Formulas is necessary. Experience with 3 Way Matching is desirable.
