We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.Position SummaryThe Analyst, Reporting – Client Operations will be responsible for working with internal business partners in providing analysis and development of new reports; and, applying maintenance to existing reports for new/existing clients each plan year. As part of this team you will primarily use RxClaim query as well as tools like those available in the MS Office suite or products to provide key operational reports in support of various business units within the PBM. This includes:

Reporting: Defining, documenting, developing, and testing queries/scripts and reports

Analyzing complex problems and performing root cause

Executing and monitoring daily ,weekly, and monthly processes, per defined work instructions and schedule

Maintaining knowledge of RxClaim data files and tables Documentation

Provide review, maintenance and input into work instructions, policies, procedures documentation as required

Providing status to management and internal partners as needed regarding assigned projects

Work with Team members and assigned tasks as requested by management

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Sequel (SQL) programming and scripting

Working knowledge of MS Access and Excel, and be able to use those tools as needed to support operational processes, procedures, and reporting needs

Able to complete assigned tasks for larger scale projects, taking direction from a designated project lead

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access

Ensure adherence to CMS guidelines and regulations when applicable and follow Policies and Procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

Requires attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

RxClaim/AS 400 Sequel/Query experience

Knowledge of DB2, Oracle or other relational databases

MS Excel and MS Access experience

Associates or higher

Education

HS Diploma or GED required plus 2 years equivalent experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$40,600.00 - $85,100.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
