Drivers with their own Pick-Up trucks

We are a 30 year old Hot Shot and Flatbed company. We are currently looking to lease on some drivers with their own trucks. Drivers must have delivery experience Both drivers and equipment must be reliable, This is a full-time position Mon-Fri. We prefer full size 3/4 ton trucks with Pipe Racks but are open to most size trucks.
