Duties & Responsibilities
Lead daily dispatch operations for CDL drivers, ensuring on-time pickups, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Assign and optimize routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet service targets.
Monitor compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Manage and coach dispatch staff, providing training and feedback.
Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Oversee power-only units, flatbeds, dry vans, and reefers.
Resolve breakdowns, scheduling issues, and service challenges quickly.
Track fleet performance (fuel, maintenance, downtime, KPIs) and report progress.
Collaborate with dispatchers to boost sales performance and hit company goals.
Support driver recruitment, retention, and development.
Experience & Qualifications
3–5 years in dispatch, fleet management, or transportation supervision (CDL industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and state transportation regulations.
Experience managing CDL drivers and/or dispatch teams.
Proficiency with dispatch/fleet management systems (McLeod, Omnitracs, Samsara, TMW, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proven track record of improving routing, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
CDL license a plus (not required).

Compensation – 1099, 100% Commission
$400/week base + 0.003% commission
Example earnings:
$100,000 weekly sales = $700/week ($36,400 annually)
$500,000 weekly sales = $1,900/week ($98,800 annually)
$700,000 weekly sales = $2,500/week ($130,000 annually)
We’ll start you with a fleet of 40 trucks (earning between $2K–$7K per week). Your mission: optimize each truck to average $5K per week. Prove yourself, and you’ll scale up fast — managing 150–200 trucks within months and dramatically increasing your earnings.
