Seeking Entry level welder helpers with grinding experience also. Must be able to read a tape measure. Basic Knowledge and experience with welding skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist welders in preparing materials and setting up equipment for welding tasks.
Operate grinders, sanders, and other tools to smooth and finish welded surfaces to perfection.
Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
Follow established safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Learn and develop basic welding skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support project needs.
