Seeking a self-motivated individual who can use their expertise in the industry and recruit for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating job postings
Contacting potential candidates and conducting phone interviews
Conduct In-person interviews of selected candidates
Selecting good candidates that meet the customers’ requirements
Creating submittals to Account Managers
Assisting and educating candidates on proper interviewing
Coordinate onboarding of New Hires
REQUIREMENTS:
Good Microsoft Office skills
Must be organized and possess good time management skills
Must be an effective communicator
