We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. This part-time position involves working primarily at one location with potential off-site residential work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the spray foam insulation industry and be proficient in using the Graco E30 Reactor and Fusion AP gun.
Responsibilities:
Apply spray foam insulation to various structures and surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Operate and maintain Graco E30 and Fusion AP gun and equipment.
Perform site preparation and clean-up.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues and parts needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Must be proficient in English. Bilingual is a plus.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in spray foam insulation installation.
Proficient in using a Graco E30 and Fusion AP gun.
Strong understanding of insulation techniques, masking and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
