As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are packed and shipped correctly and on time. Experience with UPS shipping systems or similar is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and process outgoing shipments while also primarily using UPS shipping and other carrier platforms for farther traveling shipments
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and inventory
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Pack and label materials according to internal and customer specifications
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding order status and discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience with UPS shipping systems (e.g., UPS WorldShip or similar)
2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving warehouse role
Good computer skills (e.g., Excel, inventory or ERP systems a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate basic warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
