We have an opening for full time TIG welder/fabricator. Most projects are made from 16 gauge stainless steel although other materials and gauges are also required. Applicant must know how to assemble parts and weld in an organized manner. Some fitting is required. Each project is unique so you must be adaptable. These are residential and commercial high-design projects so clean considerate workmanship is required. Ability to work well with others and good communication skills are a must!
Applicants must possess:
Minimum 3 years TIG welding experience.
Stainless steel sheet metal experience.
Know how to read a tape measure.
Be able to build from shop drawings.
Must possess a wide range of fabrication techniques
Experience with many shop tools including saws, plasma, and grinders.
Must have own hood, gloves, and basic tools.
Additionally:
Must work well with others.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be punctual.
Must be able to work an entire shift.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
