Our company provides facility repair services to commercial businesses / restaurants in the Greater Houston area. We are searching for experienced "jack of all trades" individuals with their own transportation and tools. Technicians will be asked to drive to different locations to perform repairs listed below:
Room to grow in our company, raises are subject for review annually
Starting Rate: $22.00/ hour
Types of Work Performed:
1. Minor Plumbing - Unclog Drains / PVC / Copper Welding / Replace Fixtures
2. Minor Electrical - Changing bulbs / ballasts / LED Modules / drivers / switches / outlets
3. Wall Repair - Framing / FRP / Drywall / Texture / Paint
4. Floor Repair - Repair Floor Tiles / Wall Tiles / VCT / Cove Bases
5. Doors Hardware - Replace Store Front Doors / Back Doors / Hinges / Hardware / Door Closers
6. Stucco / EIFS
7. Awnings/Fascia
