Metroclean Commercial Cleaning
The Dispatcher/Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling of specialized cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, VCT refinishing, and restroom deep cleaning across multiple church locations in 16 states. Routing, and dispatching of vehicles to the multiple church locations and arranging logistics for travel and lodging. Additionally, the Dispatcher/Scheduler oversees job documentation, supports billing processes, and assists with travel arrangements for managers within the Special Services Division. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, prioritize tasks, and respond to unexpected challenges promptly while maintaining high levels of customer service and safety.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
