Residential Remodeling Manager
Responsibilities: Sales, Estimating and Project Management
Sales/Estimation:
Participate in the initial meeting with new customers and provide accurate and on-time estimates
Provide basic drawings for customers and HOA
Provide accurate material lists
Work with customer on project selections and budget
Project management
Monitor project progress, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, maintain clear communication, and manage any change orders or additions.
Schedule and pass inspections by maintaining high standards.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
Anticipate the customers’ needs and continuously manage their expectations.
Keep project management records current daily
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in residential remodeling.
Skills:
Excellent time management and deadline-driven mindset.
Strong organizational abilities.
Effective communication with customers and subcontractors.
Commitment to maintaining clean and efficient job sites.
Proficient with necessary residential remodeling computer apps.
