Seeking a skilled QC inspector to perform the inspection (receiving, in-process, and final) of manufactured product for the compliance to appropriate drawings, specifications, or other customer requirements in accordance with approved procedures. Minimum of 3 years’ experience. $26 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine inspection procedure to ensure complete verification of specifications and dimensions.
Using necessary fixtures, gages, and measuring instruments perform inspection of product including checking dimensions of related surfaces, holes, etc. As well as assessment of surface finish.
Initiate and process report of non-conformance for product with out of tolerance dimensions ensure proper disposition of non-confirming product.
Complete required quality records per company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years inspection and/or machinist experience with good analytical capabilities to interpret detailed and complex drawings and blueprints, sufficient manual dexterity to handle and manipulate delicate parts and measuring instruments, plus excellent visual inspection ability, as well as good communication and clerical skills.
