We are now HIRING for PAINTING TURNKEY AND RENOVATION APARTMENTS in the Houston area. We are going to be working in these properties for at least 2 years.
We pay twice a month on every 7th and 22nd of the month
Here is a general idea of what the scope of work looks like for Turkey paint and Renovation:
.Prepare each unit for painting.
.Full Paint color change or same color.
.Drywall repair when needed. (Pay Extra)
.Prime and paint cabinets. (Pay Extra)
.Remove wallpaper and texture on some occasions. (Pay Extra)
.Demo and rehab hardware, cabinets doors, and countertops.
Requirements:
.Must have your own tools.
.Most have your own transportation.
.MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY TURNKEY PAINT AND RENOVATION.
.Workers comp and liability
.WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.
The expectation of completing one apartment is about 4 days for color changes plus rehab and 3 days for same color plus rehab.
