Job Summary:
Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hard-working Concrete Polishing Crew Member to join our field operations team. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement, and long-term employment.
The ideal candidate has experience in concrete polishing.
Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete polishing equipment: grinders, vacuums, burnishers, and scrubbers
- Assist with concrete surface prep, polishing, sealing, and cleanup
- Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow safety protocols and site procedures
- Work as part of a professional crew to complete projects on time and on spec
- Maintain cleanliness and care of company tools and vehicles
Requirements:
- Experience in concrete polishing or coatings is required
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work day shifts, with overtime and occasional weekend work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
