Looking for individual with hands on engineered metal building experience.
Must be able to field cut/modify existing building 'C" purlins to frame openings and install windows and doors.
Must be able to add purlins to upgrade old building for new look with wainscoting.
Must be able to completely re-skin a metal building inclusive of wall and roof panels, install all trim accessories including gutters and downspouts. Besides work on existing buildings, must also be able to assemble/erect a complete new metal building package.
Any Wood pole barn experience would also be a plus.

Position can be full or part time. It can also be permanent or temporary. I can be flexible with an employee with the right skills and experience I am looking for. Regular payroll - any time over 40 hr is at time and a half. Time goes in Monday morning from previous week and checks are cut every Friday. If desiring permanent full time position, you would be probationary for first 90 days. After that, paid holidays kick in. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. No medical benefits at this time. Pretty straight forward - want you to be the same.
