Leadman: MUST be experienced working in heavy civil road construction: knowledge of new and demolished concrete/asphalt roads to build new from base to finish. Should have experience in reading plans, cutting subgrade to grade, lime operations, placing and mixing lime and laying base. Responsible for keeping up with daily activities, quantities (CY, LF, SY), Station numbers and time keeping for the crew.
MUST be Bilingual Eng/Spanish to communicate with employees.
Equipment Operator: Experienced Excavator and Dozer (ability to cut grade) also needed.
Work week is Mon - Sat (Sundays as needed) will work 9 - 11 hour shifts.
Pre-Employment Drug and Physical, Valid Tx DL and actual SS card or Birth Certificate will be needed.
All work is weather permitting
Transportation MUST NOT be an issue.
