American Renovating Service Group is urgently hiring skilled painters and a supervisor for both apartment and commercial projects across Houston and Katy. We are looking for reliable and experienced professionals who can handle both interior and exterior painting, including rolling, brushing, spraying, and taping/float work.
We are not looking for contractors or subcontractors—only solid, dedicated painters who can work as part of a team.
We are also hiring for a Supervisor position to manage multiple sites and oversee crews across the Houston and Katy areas.
Painter Position:
Responsibilities:
Perform quality interior and exterior painting, including rolling, brushing, spraying, and taping/float work.
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work site.
Work with a team to meet deadlines and deliver top-quality results.
Experience in the apartment industry is a must!
Requirements:
At least ONE years of professional painting experience.
Strong knowledge of brush, roller, and spray techniques.
Experience with taping, floating, and drywall repairs.
Ability to work in the apartment industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long hours.
Must be committed to delivering excellent, professional service.
Supervisor Position:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage multiple painting crews across various sites in Houston and Katy.
Coordinate and ensure the timely completion of all projects.
Provide direction and support to painters on site.
Handle employee scheduling, project needs, and safety protocols.
Ensure that work meets company standards and client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and upper management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painting supervisor or similar leadership role.
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and job site protocols.
Ability to travel to multiple job sites across Houston and Katy.
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience and interview. We offer the flexibility of pay per unit, per hour, or per day depending on your experience and the role.
