Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Painter to contribute to our team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating an airless sprayer and a strong work ethic. As a Painter, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively applying paint coatings using various spray equipment. We also specialize in concrete coatings and cabinet/millwork painting.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Apply paint coatings evenly and consistently to achieve desired finish.
Monitor environmental conditions and adjust spraying techniques as needed.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with other painting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience needed.
Proficiency in different painting techniques and equipment operation.
Must have Experience in Spraying, Brushing, and Rolling.
Have reliable transportation and painting tools.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting activities.
Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
