Do you love wood? We are looking for fabricators/woodworkers/assemblers to join our growing business. You'll work on a team with others but also manage your own solo tasks. We primarily work with wood in the manufacturing of furniture, millwork, cabinetry, and various other products.
Do you have a fabrication, assembly, or hospitality background where you needed to train up on some skills and execute them with a team? Where you need to anticipate the next step? Where giving special consideration to small details and staying organized is important? Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential woodworking is preferred but not required.
Do you love problem solving and being challenged to learn something new nearly every day? If you're given a process that feels like it's taking too long or not working very well, will you question it? Will you carefully experiment to see if you can find a better way? Do you practice constant improvement in your personal life?

The workshop has multiple CNC routers, industrial grade woodworking machinery, and in-house finishing operations. We work with solid hardwoods and a great variety of engineered sheet goods. You will work with professional shop drawings and collaborate with an experienced team. There are many opportunities to get trained on various different equipment and skills. The best candidates love the work itself.
