We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Residential Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general repairs and maintenance, with skills in drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, painting, and metal/wood stud framing. Experience with restaurant repairs, FRP wall installation, doors, and other related tasks is a plus.
Requirements:
Must have own transportation and basic tools.
Experience with restaurants, FRP walls, metal stud framing, doors, and painting.
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be on a 1099 contract basis.
Location: Various commercial and residential locations across Houston.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and scope of work.
