Must have tools and Truck or Van
Must speak English
Must have experience in apartment maintenance
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring.
Also, HVAC.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Hourly wage plus miles driven
Monday-Friday 9Am-5Pm
Weekends off. (only emergencies)
