The successful candidate must have the following skills:
1. The ability to troubleshoot PC/Mac computer problems over the phone.
2. Remote Desktop skills and the ability to connect to customers' systems easily.
3. The ability to support Microsoft Office 365 Apps.
4. Email systems and how they work and have a working knowledge of email client setup.
5. VPN client setup and how to troubleshoot issues.
6. Printer connection and printing problems troubleshooting.
7. The ability to install software, whether familiar with the application or not.
8. Desktop Security, Anti-Virus, and how to spot suspicious email messages.
9. Support of PC/Mac/Networks is a must-have.
10. Must have at least of 5 years experience working with computers or related fields.
