We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Systems Analyst/Administrative Assistant to enhance our busy office. The ideal candidate will have a background in OCR and data systems for various files (medical, educational, business) to help us create an efficient in-house filing system.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
Assist with setup and maintenance of tech devices (iPhones, Mac laptops).
Troubleshoot and sync devices as needed.
Utilize Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, and SharePoint for communication and project management.
Respond to inquiries promptly and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
AA, certificate, or BA in tech/admin, or relevant experience in data systems.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, with expertise in OCR.
Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Mac OS.
Familiarity with iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Days: Wednesday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday
