We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Truck Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities.
Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote products or services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on high-end sales.
Upsell products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and inventory assessments.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales is preferred.
Familiarity with high-end sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
Background in automobile sales or dealership experience is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for successful client interactions.

We Offer A Competitive Commission Structure - 1099 100% Commission
For wholesale and retail sales, the commission ranges from a minimum of $150 per unit up to 3% of the sale price, depending on the specific contract terms
$100 for each driver that gets approved for financing, even if they don't purchase a truck directly from us. As long as we fund their equipment purchase, the bonus applies
$300 per truck hired once the driver, whether an owner-operator or a carrier, generates $5,000 in revenue. This bonus is paid per truck that hits the road, regardless of fleet size
