We are seeking an experienced Canvassing Manager to represent our brand and provide an excellent sales experience to our customers and prospective customers. As a Canvassing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales team meets its goals and in generating new leads to support our growth objectives.
At Houston Water Solutions, we sell and install Pentair Brand Water Softeners for both residential and commercial properties. With over 85,000 newly built homes established in Texas last year alone, the demand for our services is higher than ever. As the average family of three brings about 100 pounds of dissolved rock into their home each year, there is a real need for our products.
As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new leads
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Representing the Houston Water Solutions brand in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a successful sales manager
At least 1 year experience canvassing
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
