Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and self-driven salespeople to join our team. As a commission-based sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle preferences and needs.

Present available vehicles and provide detailed information about each car's features and benefits.

Conduct test drives and answer any questions customers have about the cars.

Negotiate prices and finalize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships.

Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain knowledge of the dealership’s inventory and current market trends.

Complete all necessary paperwork and sales documentation accurately.

Provide a positive and professional experience for every customer.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in car sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Basic computer skills for data entry and use of dealership management systems.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings based on sales performance.
