We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven for success Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing take-off's, accurate cost estimates, and create submittals ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for. This role requires an understanding of construction management principles. The Sales Professional will play a crucial role in the bidding process, helping to secure contracts and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Duties:

Analyze drawings, layouts, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Utilize construction estimating software such as On-Screen Take-Off and Virtual Plan Room to generate detailed estimates.

Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.

Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and gather data for estimates.

Prepare and submit detailed proposals to clients, including breakdowns of costs.

Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to estimates.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction estimating or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and estimating software such as On-Screen Take-Off and Virtual Plan Room is required.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts effectively.

Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Keep an open line of communication with management.

Must have a valid driver's license.
