Requirements:
Personal Vehicle (Wiling to travel within 1.5 Hours) - Truck would be best, but SUV/Sedan is Fine
Willing to Learn Roofing or Have Previous Experience - Knowledge Regarding how a roof works
Able to Communicate Clearly with Customers and Crew - Just be nice and considerate (Speaking Spanish is a Plus, but not required)
Willing to Attend Weekend Sales Meetings - Approx. Once a Week on Saturday or Sunday (depending on work flow)
South Texas Roofing LLC is looking to expand our company from 1 Sales Rep. (Myself) to around 5 (Sales Reps).
We would ideally like someone who has previous knowledge of the roofing industry (Sales, Installs, Insurance, ETC.)
Any knowledge is good. We are willing to take on enthusiastic applicants willing to learn the industry and work on commission.
When it comes to how much you can make per week, month, or year. It's all dependent upon your closing skills and my estimating skills. We will work hand in hand to get the customer to go with us.
You can expect your days to consist of Door Knocking, Lead Follow Ups, Roof Inspections Via Drone, and Hanging around Job Sites.
