This job largely consists of making phone calls to people interested in selling their home. We will give you leads, and you will close the deal and get them to agree to sell their home. Most of your work can be done from home, but we may occasionally need you to come into our office or visit a site.
We will pay you $1000 per deal closed + 10% of the of the spread between purchase price and the market value. (Ex. if they agree to sell for $100,000 and the home is worth $200,000, we would give you $20,000). If you are good at sales, you could easily make $10,000 a week - no gimmicks.
Prior sales experience, general knowledge of the real estate industry, and fluent English are required.
