Door-to-Door Scheduler / Canvassers
Assurity Services is a full service general contracting company located in Katey, Texas. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing. Additionally, we are experts in window/door installation, seamless rain gutters installation and most indoor/outdoor remodeling services. Assurity Services is an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and BBB Accredited company.
We are looking for motivated, English speaking and bilingual (English and Spanish) individuals to work as Door-To-Door Schedulers. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our roofing experts. Your ability to speak fluent English (and Spanish if Bilingual) will be key in connecting with diverse homeowners. If you have strong communication skills, are goal-oriented, and thrive in a customer-facing role, we want you on our team! If you are goal-orientated and have strong communication skills but little to no experience, we would like to speak to you about this exciting career opportunity.
Qualifications:
Must speak Fluent English and Bilingual (is a plus)
Must have reliable transportation
Must have and maintain an up-to-date smart phone
Must be goal-driven with positive disposition.
Must be clean and neat in appearance
Must have a Friendly, persuasive communication style
Must be willing to train on how we set appointments
Responsibilities:
Travel to our office or to predetermined locations for canvassing.
Engage homeowners in face-to-face conversations
Communicate clearly and effectively
Schedule roofing appointments
Track all doors knocked with Canvassing App
Provide daily report on canvassing activity.
Must be able to pass a back-ground check in municipalities requiring soliciting permits.
Represent Assurity Services with professionalism and positivity
Experience:
Canvassing or door-to-door sales: 2+ years (Preferred but not required)
Locations:
Katy, TX (Required)
Up to 100-mile radius from Katy, TX
Compensation:
Part-time 1099 Contractor
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour + Bonuses
Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
