LED Sales Associate - We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated people who are ready to take on daily responsibilities from cleaning and stocking products to closing sales. We’re looking for professionals to join the team who can quickly absorb and retain knowledge while upholding the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Associates will constantly strive to meet all goals and exceed customer expectations
The LED Factory Sales Expert will:
Greet and assist customers as they shop for LED products
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Skills Needed:
2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience a plus
4+ years’ retail experience a plus
Working Knowledge of Electrical wiring and LED lighting
Bilingual a plus(english/spanish) Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average consumer
Experience working with cash register and cash balancing
Willingness to work from alternate store locations when needed
Basic PC and Point of Sale knowledge
